01Do I need a credit card to start?+
Yes — it's taken at sign-up so your trial rolls straight into your plan with no separate step later. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, or 28 days when you add ARVOB AI, and nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel from Billing at any time before then and you won't be charged.
02Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. There are no lock-in contracts on our monthly plans — cancel whenever you like and you'll keep access until the end of your billing period. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial (28 days if you add ARVOB AI), so you can cancel during the trial without being charged at all. Annual plans run for the 12 months you've paid for.
03How does onboarding work?+
Solo, Crew and Medium plans are self-serve — you'll be up and running in minutes with guided setup. Large and Enterprise plans include dedicated onboarding where we help import your data and set up your crews, templates and workflows.
04How does billing work?+
You're billed monthly or annually in AUD (annual saves roughly 20%). All prices exclude GST, which is added at checkout for Australian businesses. A card is required at sign-up, but nothing is charged until your 14-day trial ends (28 days with ARVOB AI). You can switch between monthly and annual at any time.
05What support do I get?+
Every plan includes email and in-app support. Large adds priority support, and Enterprise gets a dedicated contact plus help configuring advanced AI and integrations.
06Who owns my data?+
You do — always. Your business data is yours, it's never sold, and you can export it at any time. If you ever leave, we'll help you take everything with you.
07Does it work on mobile?+
Yes. ARVOB is a mobile-first web app your crew can install on their phone's home screen, so they can clock in, complete safety forms, add photos and check their day sheets from site without a separate app store download.
08What does the ARVOB AI add-on include?+
It's an optional subscription on top of any plan: an AI that answers the phone, chases every lead, measures and prices jobs, reads tenders, schedules and dispatches the day, chases invoices and reads receipts for the books. Each plan has its own monthly allowance and price — see the ARVOB AI add-on section above for the numbers on your plan.
09Does the AI act on its own?+
No. It drafts and prepares — quotes, follow-ups, invoices, bookkeeping entries — but anything that reaches a customer or moves money always waits for a person to approve it first. You stay in charge; the AI just stops you having to do the typing.
